The Pothrengous is a family. A girl named Elsambe Pothrengou was born in Krirat during the Spring of 1287. She was a Ogsist warrior.

During the Winter of 1289, Elsambe converted to Ogsism.

Elsambe died from an illness during the Autumn of 1305. She was 19 years old.
