The Pouldougos is a family. A boy named Groubdiad Pouldougo was born in Krirat during the Spring of 1192. He was a Ogsist farmer. Next Spring, he converted to Ogsism.

Groubdiad died from an illness during the Summer of 1267. He was 75 years old.
