The Tsakrishos is a family. A boy named Elzen Tsakrisho was born in Nkepu during the Spring of 1191. He was a Ogsist farmer. That Summer, he converted to Ogsism.

Elzen died from an illness during the Winter of 1289. He was 99 years old.
