The Threthais is a family. A boy named Vambainou Threthai was born in Kraikoust during the Spring of 964. He was a Gekist farmer.

During the Winter of 965, Vambainou converted to Gekism.

Vambainou died from an illness during the Winter of 1043. He was 80 years old.
