The Kretous is a family. A girl named Mbumoze Kretou was born in Obdab during the Spring of 792. She was a Gekist blacksmith. Next Spring, she converted to Ogsism.

Mbumoze gave birth to Toubdeg's daughter Ngaipam Rimob during the Autumn of 817. His daughter was a Ogsist farmer. He was a Gekist farmer.

During the Summer of 818, Mbumoze gave birth to Toubdeg's daughter Braink Rimob. His daughter was a Gekist blacksmith.

Mbumoze gave birth to Toubdeg's child Brogas Rimob during the Spring of 822. His child was a Gekist warrior.

During the Autumn of 846, Mbumoze converted to Gekism.

Mbumoze died from an illness during the Autumn of 876. In Aitsasho, she was 85 years old.
