Ekmai Painge was a Ogsist. A woman named Tes Painge gave birth to Des' child Vezeti Painge in Krirat during the Winter of 431. Des' child was a Ogsist merchant. She was a Ogsist blacksmith. Ekmai's grandfather Des Etsepsa was a Ogsist farmer. Then, Des' child converted to Ogsism.

Ekmai's father Saire Pedsa was born during the Autumn of 432. Ekmai's father was a Ogsist merchant. Ekmai's grandfather Memzold Pedsa and Ekmai's grandmother Thilikru Pedsa adopted Ekmai's father. Then, Ekmai's father converted to Ogsism.

Ekmai's father and Des' child were married during the Summer of 484.

During the Autumn of 487, Ekmai was born. He was adopted by his father and Des' child.
